All orders are sent with PostNL, which you won’t be charged extra for. Orders sent to Germany and Belgium won’t be charged extra for either. These orders are sent with DPD.


When you order something at Miss Green, you of course want the items as soon as possible. That’s why we send our orders with PostNL. They aim to delivering the parcel the next business day. PostNL delivers from Tuesday until Saturday and you can track the parcel with a Track&Trace-code.
1st delivery attempt: If you’re not home, PostNL will try to offer the parcel to the neighbours. You will receive a note with the address of where the parcel is.
If it’s not possible to deliver the parcel, PostNL will come back the next day. If you’d rather choose another day and time for the second delivery attempt, you can indicate this by using the code on the note. You can pick the parcel up at the post office the next day from 13:00 if the second delivery attempt fails. When you do this, don’t forget to bring your identification card! The parcel can be picked up within three weeks. Otherwise it will be returned to us.


Adyen.com provides the payments of Miss Green. They guarantee your transaction will be executed securely. As soon as the payment is received the order will be processed directly and there will be a regular delivery time.


This is the fastest way of paying at Miss Green because the payments can be processed the same day. If you arrange your banking via Rabobank, ABN AMRO, SNS Bank and ING via Internet, you can arrange the payment securely and safely. This goes as following: choose iDEAL as payment method after placing your order. A screen will appear where you can choose your bank. Now you can follow your bank’s procedure.


With this method you have to transfer the total amount yourself to the Payment Provider of Miss Green, Adyen. Be aware to print the details from the pop up screen directly! In these details are the order details you have to mention with your payment.


When you choose to pay with credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) your payment will be authorised online. Like this you know directly if your payment is approved by your bank or not.


With this payment method you will give debit to Miss Green to debit the amount of your order from your account. The process of this method can take a day, after which your items will be sent to you. 


Paying with SOFORT is simple, quick and safe. You simply need to verify the payment, just like iDEAL. With SOFORT your order can be processed immediately and is protected by your log in code(s) and conformation code(s).


With Paypal you choose how you’re paying: with a credit card, your bank account or with Paypal balance.  Paypal withdraws the amount from your bank account. Your information and your orders are fully protected. 


It may occur that the items you ordered are not what you expected them to be like. Even though Miss Green of course finds that very unfortunate, it’s no problem to return the items. The costs of shipping to Miss Green are for your own account. For exchanging (sending the new items) no shipping costs will be charged.
We have some rules for returning items:
- The items must be undamaged, unworn and unwashed.
- Send an e-mail to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your item to register your item. Please describe the following in the e-mail:
- Note your order number as subject of the e-mail
- Note which items you’re returning
- Note for which items you would like to exchange the original items
- Please include the (copy of the) packing slip marked with which items you’re returning with the articles in the courier bag
If possible return the items in the original courier bag. Please use the second adhesive edge.
As soon as we have received the returned items, we will refund the money or send you the new item.
