Shipping costs
All Dutch orders are shipped via PostNL; we take these costs at our expense. Your package is always delivered free. Orders shipping to Germany and Belgium will also not be charged and these orders are shipped via DPD. For other international shipments, please see the following page: international shipping.
Warranty
The warranty applies to products that are received damaged and for products that develop defects after some time – provided they have been used normally. A minimum factory warranty term of 1 to 5 years on errors and defects applies to all clothing. The offered warranties do not affect the legal rights regarding warranty and compliance that you may claim as a consumer. Legal warranty means that a product must do what you are expected to expect. If you make a claim under warranty, Miss Green will meet you by replacing, exchanging for another product, repair or refund. Delivery
When you order clothes at Miss Green, you will want them as soon as possible. All orders placed on a weekday before 17:30 will be packed and collected by PostNL the same day. You’ll receive your order the next delivery day and you will receive a track & trace code so you can see what time your order will be delivered.PostNL delivers from Tuesday to Saturday. If you place an order at the weekend, orders are packed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. In that case, you will receive a track & trace code on Monday evening.
How long does it take to receive my order?

Are returns free?
We always send our packages free of charge to our customers, but returning an item is for the customers account.If you want to exchange an item, we will also send you this item free of charge. If you also want to return these, these costs are also for the customer’s account.Did you know that when you pay with PayPal, you can get back the amount paid for the return? How do I use my discount code or gift card?
If you received a discount code or gift card from Miss Green, you can enter the code on the checkout page. As a result, the amount is automatically deducted from the purchase amount.
